I got the phone on time without any issues in delivery , but it was over heating so much to the extent that I wasnt able to use it at all and these guys wanted me to download some diagnostic app to troubleshoot on their end , But before even trying to troubleshoot they closed the ticket with the following e-mail " Issue was resolved by troubleshooting between customer and support ""

"Bad SERVICE , bad customer call center . please do not but any motorola device , they service as poor as it can get , even cheap end phones provide better service , i purchase my phone on 27th oct 2015, due to some accident phone screen got cracks , i asked them for replacement on 10 dec 2015 and now its been 31 days still not got any sought of help or screen , they keep giving new dates now my new date is 18jan 2016, i hope you can figure out how they treat their customer ."
